Returns

Our standard returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date you received your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Our Christmas returns policy kicks in on Monday 22nd November until Friday 24th December - all items will be eligible for returns for 60 days, as long as they follow the below requirements.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send any items you wish to return to the below address along with your packing slip or a note detailing your name and order number:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or discounted items will only be refunded to the price the individual customer paid for that item.

Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any costs we accrue in the return process will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing delivery insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
